I received my new Zune in just a few days and this was a life saver for me as I'm an audio book junkie and listen to it 14 hours a day.
I keep it in my back pocket and recently it decided to take a swim in my toilet. I immediately got on Amazon and bought one from Fat Cat. It was a pleasure dealing with Jonathan and I will not hesitate to purchase from them again.
I have had many MP3 players through out my audio book addiction and the Zune is by far the easiest to use.
